Vyas Engineering Private Limited

Our place, Vyas Engineering Private Limited, is situated at Gut No. 48, Gala No. 16 in the MIDC area. We are right opposite the big Siemens facility, which is the easiest way to tell people where to find us. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means there is always a lot of activity, with heavy vehicles and workers moving about at all hours. Our gala is one of many in this row, and inside you will find the usual mix of heavy machinery, workbenches, and metal scraps. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running at once, but that’s just how an engineering shop works. We don’t have a fancy corporate office; our desk is just in a corner partitioned off from the main shop floor. It’s usually covered in blueprints and invoices. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure the machines are set up right for whatever job we have that week. The floor is concrete and often has a few oil stains, which is pretty standard for a place like this. We take our lunch breaks together, often sitting on whatever is available nearby. It’s hard work and the hours can be long if we have a deadline, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just in doing the work that comes our way and keeping the machines running smoothly.
