Ram Engg Industries

We've been at Plot No. F-49 in Midc Waluj for quite some time now. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and people moving things around with trucks. Ram Engg Industries is mostly about getting the metal work done right without making a big fuss over it. My father started things here, and I just kept it going because it’s what we know. The machines are a bit old but they run fine if you treat them okay. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot inside the metal shed. We deal with various engineering jobs that come our way from other units nearby. It is not fancy here at all. We have tools scattered on the wooden benches and grease on the floor, but that is just how a real workshop should look. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. People know us in Waluj because we’ve stayed in the same spot for years and don't change. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive office chairs. We just focus on the lathe machines and the welding. If someone brings a drawing, we look at it and see if we can make it. If we can't, we just say so. It’s a simple way of working. Most of our guys have been here for a decade. They know the rhythm of the place. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving.
