We’ve been tucked away at Plot No- D - 3 / 1 in the MIDC Industrial Area here in Waluj for quite some time now. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, what with all the other factories humming around us, but it’s where we get the work done. Most mornings start with a quick check on the machines and a bit of tea from the stall down the road. Vaishnavi Engineers isn't some big corporate setup with a glass front and fancy receptionists. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, dealing with the metal and the grease. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains that won't ever come out, no matter how much we scrub. We handle a lot of different engineering jobs that come our way from the neighbors in the industrial zone. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down or a deadline is looming over us. It gets pretty hot under the tin roof during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. People know where to find us if they need something fixed or fabricated. We don't spend money on big ads because word usually gets around Waluj well enough. It’s honest work, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the MIDC area. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down.
