You can find us at Balchand Cruce Engineers Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. E- 11. We are situated in the MIDC Phase- II area. It is a standard industrial plot like many others around here. We have been in this spot long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. The work we do involves a lot of technical engineering, but the way we run the place is pretty relaxed. Our office is a small room right at the front of the main workshop area. We don't spend much time sitting in there though. Most of the day is spent out on the floor with the machines. It gets quite hot in the summer months, especially when everything is running at once. Phase- II is a little bit out of the way, but we actually like having the extra space. We have a set routine that we follow. The gates open at eight every morning from Monday to Saturday. We take on all kinds of engineering jobs. Some of them are small and take a day, while others are big projects that keep us busy for weeks. We don’t have a marketing team or any glossy brochures to hand out. It is just us and our tools at Plot E- 11. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for materials to be delivered. We just keep working until every job is finished. It’s an honest living and we’ve had some of the same machines since we first opened.
