Galaxy Engineering

Galaxy Engineering is based at M-150/2 in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area of Waluj. It’s a typical industrial setting with large sheds and trucks moving in and out all day long. We’ve got our own little corner here where we do our fabrication and engineering work. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and the smell of oil is pretty strong, but that’s just part of the job. We have a few lathes and milling machines that have been with us for years. They aren't the newest models, but they work just fine if you know how to handle them. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been working together for a long time. We don't have a formal dress code; you’ll usually find us in overalls or old clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. The office is just a small partitioned space in the corner of the shed where we keep the drawings and the computer. It gets quite hot in the summer because the roof is made of corrugated sheets, so we drink a lot of water and keep the big doors open. We don't do much in the way of advertising because most of our work comes from other factories in the Waluj area. If someone needs a part made or a frame welded, they just drop by. We take pride in just being a solid local shop that knows its trade. It’s a loud place but we like it.
