Down in the Industrial Development Area at Phase-I, Cherlapally, things are always moving. Our spot is Plot No.- 16, and it’s usually full of noise and dust. That’s just the way it is when you’re running Raavela Interiors Private Limited. We have a lot of material coming in and out every single day. The trucks have a hard time backing into the driveway sometimes because the road is narrow. Inside the shed, we’ve got people working on all sorts of things. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit in a suit. Most of us are covered in some kind of sawdust or paint by noon. We’ve been at Plot 16 for a while, and we’ve seen the area change. More factories are popping up every year. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the work happens. We don't have a fancy showroom here; it’s mostly just the production floor and a small office in the corner. We spend our time measuring, cutting, and putting things together. The fans are always running to keep the heat down, but it’s still pretty warm in the summer. We just focus on finishing what we started. If you’re looking for us, look for the big blue gate in Phase-I. We’ll be there until the last shift ends and we lock up for the night. We've got a lot of grit on the floor today.
