Bhavika Plastek Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 131/B in the Mallapur IDA. This is part of the R.R. District, and it’s a standard industrial layout. The plot is big enough for our machines and the raw materials we need for the plastic work. Mallapur is quite a distance from the main city center, so it feels a bit more spread out here, though the dust from the roads is something we just live with. The building is a basic industrial shed structure. Inside, the noise of the plastic molding machines is constant throughout the shift. We have a small office section partitioned off from the main floor, but the sound still carries through. The floor is usually covered with plastic pellets or offcuts that need to be swept up at the end of the day. We have a crew that comes in early, and we usually keep the main gates open to let some air circulate. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, especially with the machines running. We don't really have a reception area with fancy chairs; if someone visits, they usually just pull up a stool in the office. It is a hard-working environment and we don’t spend much time on appearances. The focus is always on the production schedule and making sure the machines are maintained. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living in the industrial belt.
