Durano Process

Out here in Ida Kukatpally, things are mostly industrial and a bit dusty. Durano Process is located at B-4 on Road-5, and if you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s mostly about getting things made. We aren't big on flashy signs or modern lobbies. Our space is just a regular shop floor. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the machines are running right. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the roof of the shed, but we have some old fans that help a bit. The team is small, mostly people who have been around long enough to know the quirks of the equipment. We don’t really spend much time in an office; most of the work happens right where the noise is. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. Checking the gauges, moving parts around, and keeping track of what’s going out. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes around here, which can be a real headache on Mondays. We’ve learned to just deal with the delays and keep working. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve got a couple of chairs in the back for breaks, but they aren't exactly comfortable. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to run a business in a busy industrial zone without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
