We are up on the first floor at Shop No 16-11-740/3/8. It’s right at the Gaddiannaram Cross Road in Dilsukhnagar. If you know Hyderabad, you know how busy this intersection gets. There is always a lot of honking and people rushing to the metro or the buses. We have all our printing machines and heat presses set up in the back. The front part is where we show the different types of mugs, frames, and cushions. It’s often a bit cluttered because we have orders waiting to be picked up. We spend our time resizing photos and making sure the colors look okay on the fabric or ceramic. Sometimes the machines act up or the ink runs out at the wrong time. We have a couple of stools for people to sit while they show us what they want on their phone screens. The light from the window is bright, but we use curtains to keep the heat out during the afternoons. It’s a small team here, just doing the work of making these custom items. We’ve been at this Dilsukhnagar spot for a while, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. It’s a lively place to work, even if it gets a bit cramped when several customers come in at once. We just keep track of the names and photos to make sure everything goes to the right person.
