You can find Shree Masala at G/23 in Arihant Nagar. We operate as part of Zeel Gruh Udhyog. It’s a small unit in a residential-industrial mix area, so it’s not like those big factories you see on the news. We have a few machines and a couple of tables where we do the packing. Arihant Nagar is a decent place to work, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We focus on making masala, and we take our time with it. It’s a small-scale operation, so we don't have hundreds of employees. Usually, it’s just a handful of us making sure the spices are clean and ground properly. The office part is just a single desk near the entrance where we keep the bills and the register. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just want to make a product that people in the neighborhood like to use in their cooking. The walls are a bit stained from the turmeric, and there’s always a layer of fine spice dust on the windowsills, but that’s part of the job. We keep things simple and local. Most of our customers are folks from nearby who’ve known us for years. We open up in the morning, do the grinding and packing, and close up once the orders are ready and the floor is swept.
