Rtc Spices is located out here in Balaji Mandvi. If you know the area near Mandvi Swami Vivekanand Nagar, you’ve probably passed by us once or twice. We are tucked into Ayodya Nagar in the Kutch district. It’s a dry place, and the weather gets really hot, which is just part of living and working around here. We handle spices, so the smell around the building is always quite strong. Some people like it, some find it a bit much if they aren't used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a bunch of us making sure the bags are filled and the work gets done. The roads around here can be a bit dusty, and the trucks coming in and out make a lot of noise throughout the day. We’ve been at this address for some time now. It’s a straightforward operation. We wake up early to beat the sun, get the work started, and try to finish before the late afternoon heat gets too bad for everyone. Kutch is a quiet place in some ways but busy in others. We just focus on our own corner in Ayodya Nagar. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one that works for what we need. Sometimes things get delayed or the power goes out, but that’s just life in a place like this. We just keep our heads down and work.
