Our place is on the ground floor of the Silver Arc Building, which is Plot-57 in Sector 8 of Gandhidham. We are in shop number 38. Being on the ground floor is quite convenient since we don't have to wait for any lifts or climb several flights of stairs. It’s a straightforward walk-in from the street level. Gandhidham is a busy area, especially around Kachchh, and our building is right in the mix of it. At Joiye Technologies Private Limited, we have a simple setup. It’s mostly just one large room where we have all our desks and equipment. We like the layout because it makes it easy for us to talk to each other without having to get up. The office isn't decorated with any corporate posters or fancy furniture. It’s just functional and honest. We have a small corner for our tea kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. People sometimes stop by just because they see the door open. We don't have a formal receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. The work we do is pretty steady, and we just focus on getting through the daily tasks. We aren't into big marketing speeches or trying to sound like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local team in Gandhidham doing our bit in the technology space from a simple ground-floor office.
