Global Hi-Tech Industries Ltd is located in Sathwara Colony in Gandhidham, Gujarat. This part of the country is very dry, and the wind often blows dust across the yard. Our building is a simple structure made for industrial work. We have a few heavy machines that take up most of the space on the ground floor. The office is upstairs, but it’s just as dusty as the rest of the place. We’ve been operating in Gandhidham for quite a while now and know the local suppliers well. Most of our mornings start with a quick meeting to see what needs to be shipped out. The heat in Kutch can be brutal, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high. We have a small corner where we keep our lunch boxes and a big earthen pot for cold water. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just a few old calendars and some safety posters. We focus on the daily output and making sure our equipment stays in working order. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do our jobs, day in and day out, and try to keep things running smoothly despite the occasional sandstorm or equipment breakdown that usually happens when we are busiest.
