Engineer

Our work happens at 2B-349, which is quite close to the Shantoshi Maa Temple in Adipur. We are in the Gandhidham area, out here in the Kutch district. The landscape around here is quite dry, and the wind can get strong sometimes. Being an Engineer in this part of Gujarat is a bit different from being in a big city. The temple nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Our building is a simple structure, and we keep it that way. We don't have any flashy decorations or expensive furniture. Inside, you’ll mostly see blueprints and some measuring tools lying around. The sun gets really bright in Adipur, so we keep the curtains drawn most of the day. We’ve been part of the community here for a long time. People usually stop by after visiting the temple if they have something they want to talk about. We don’t spend money on ads because word of mouth works better for us anyway. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the occasional festival at the temple. We take our time with the work and try to do it right the first time. It’s just how we operate at 2B-349. It’s a straightforward business in a straightforward place. We might not have the newest computers, but we know how to use what we have. Sometimes the local monkeys hang around the roof, which can be a bit of a distraction. But it’s all part of living and working in Kutch.
