Our place for Essar Engg. Services Ltd. is in Sector-7 of Gandhidham, specifically 38/6. Being in Gujarat, especially in this part of Kutch, everything has a certain look to it. It’s dusty and hot, but we’re used to it by now. The office is pretty straightforward. We handle engineering services for the local area and the port. There’s no big fancy entrance, just a door and our desks inside. We’ve got a lot of files piled up because that’s just the nature of the work we do. Gandhidham is a working town, and we fit right in with that. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at technical specs. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, they usually just pull up a chair and we talk. There's a small place nearby that makes decent snacks, so that’s where we go for our breaks. The power cuts happen sometimes, which is a pain, but we have a backup to keep the lights on. It’s a practical office for practical people. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because it doesn't help us work better. It’s just us, working through the week and trying to keep things organized. The commute isn't too bad since we’re right in the middle of Sector-7. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. It is just another day at the office for our small team.
