Yadav Rice Mills

We are over on Balamgarh Road, right near the railway crossing. My family has been working with rice for a long time now. The mill keeps us pretty busy most of the year. We mostly deal with the local farmers who bring their harvest in on their tractors. Sometimes the trains going by make a lot of noise, but we have all gotten used to it over the years. Our machinery is a bit on the older side, but it works just fine for what we need to get done every day. We spend most of our time on the mill floor checking the bags and making sure the grains are sorted properly. It is definitely dusty work, so we don't wear our nice clothes here. People from around this area know exactly where we are. We do not have a big office or anything fancy like that. Just the mill itself and the warehouse space. If the main gate is open, you can bet we are inside working. We usually start quite early in the morning before the sun gets too hot to handle. It is a simple setup we have. We just focus on getting the rice cleaned and packed up for the trucks to take away. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait it out. That is just how things go around here. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. It is just the name on the wall near the road.
