Farmersfield Agro & Flour Mill Private Limited is located at the New Mandi in Ladwa, right near the Geeta Theatre. You can find us at Vikas Bansal’s place. Being near the Mandi is important for us because that is where all the action is. We run a flour mill and handle agro products. It is a noisy, dusty business, but we have been at it for a while now. The smell of fresh grain is something you get used to pretty quickly. We do not have a shiny office in a city. Our place is practical. It is built for work. We spend our days checking the machinery and making sure the flour is coming out right. People from Kurukshetra and the surrounding villages come to us because they know we are right there in the Mandi. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some giant corporation. We are just a local mill. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, getting our hands dirty. That is just part of the job. We have got a small team and we all do a bit of everything. Whether it is loading sacks or talking to the farmers who bring in their grain, we stay on our feet. It is a steady life and we are glad to be part of the community here. There is always a lot to do, especially when the grain starts coming in fast during the season.
