Sri Durga Industries

Sri Durga Industries is located at 1-7-95 on Y V Street in Ganagapeta. If you walk down Y V Street, you can usually hear the sounds of our work before you see the door. It is an old part of town, and the streets are quite narrow, which makes getting large loads in and out a bit of a puzzle every single day. We have been in this location for a good while, and the building shows its age, but it’s sturdy. Most of our day is spent handling the industrial side of things. There is a lot of metal, some grease, and a lot of heavy parts moving around. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk right into the middle of the workspace. We have a small corner with a wooden desk where we keep our registers and the landline phone. The air in Ganagapeta can be quite still, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. Our staff are local guys who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We don't do much in the way of meetings or planning sessions. We just look at what needs to be fixed or made that day and we get to it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and being on Y V Street feels like home to us. It is not always easy, but we have been doing this for a long time now.
