Noor Steel Traders

We’ve been here at Noor Steel Traders for a good while now. Our shop is number 44/17 over in D-2, right across from the BSNL office. It’s easy enough to find if you know where that office is. Most days start pretty early around here. We get the shutters up and start moving things around so people can see what we have in stock. The area gets a bit busy around mid-morning with all the traffic coming through this part of town. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we keep our steel supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who stop by. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we’re always wiping things down. It is just the way it goes when you’re right on the main path. We know the neighbors pretty well since we’ve been in this spot for years. If the BSNL office is open, there’s usually a crowd outside. We just keep to our work, loading up orders and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It’s heavy work and your hands get dirty by noon, but that is part of the job. We don’t have a big office or anything, just the shop floor and a small desk where we handle the paperwork. It works for us and has worked for a long time. People around here know we are around when they need something, and we don't need much else to keep things going. We just lock up when the sun goes down.
