Gajendra Steels & Cements

Gajendra Steels & Cements is located at 896, Kc Road, which is pretty easy to spot because we are right near the Andhra Bank. Having the bank nearby is handy for a lot of our customers when they need to sort out their payments before coming over to pick up materials. We carry a lot of heavy inventory, mostly steel bars and various grades of cement. The yard can get pretty crowded when we have a full delivery arrive. We spend a lot of time moving things around to make sure the newest stock is reachable. It is dusty work, especially during the dry months when the wind picks up along Kc Road. We do not have a team of salesmen or anything. Usually, it is just a couple of us here making sure the orders are correct and the loading gets done right. If a builder comes in, we just talk about what they need for their current project and see what we have in the back. Sometimes we have exactly what they want, and sometimes we have to wait for the next truck to come in. We try to be honest about what is in stock so nobody wastes their time. The shop has been a part of this neighborhood for a while. We know the regular faces and we are used to the daily routine of opening up and stacking bags. It is just a basic business helping people build things in this part of town.
