You can find us at 956 Kurnool Road, which is near the power station in Devanakonda. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The power station is the big landmark that everyone uses to find us since the road can get a bit lonely at night. Our office is a practical space where we manage our various projects. It is not very fancy, just some sturdy furniture and a lot of filing cabinets. The weather out here in Devanakonda can be quite harsh, either very hot or very dry, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are working and that there is enough water. We have a small group of employees who handle the day-to-day tasks. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need much instruction anymore. We just know what needs to happen. The road outside is always busy with long-distance trucks heading toward Kurnool, which brings a lot of dust into the yard. We have a small garden in the front that we try to keep green, but it’s a bit of a struggle with the heat. It’s a quiet life out here for the most part, focused on the work at hand and making sure our records are kept straight. We are just a local group doing our bit in this corner of the district.
