You can find Concept Agrotech Consultants Ltd. at 16-9-85 on Banganapalle Road in Lalitanagar. Despite the long name, we’re a pretty simple operation. We don’t have a fancy glass office with people in suits. Most of the time, it’s just a couple of us sitting around a table with some tea, talking to farmers or people looking to start something in agriculture. We spend our days looking at soil reports or talking about seed varieties and fertilizers. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old files, but we know where everything is. People come to us from all over the Lalitanagar area when they have a problem with their crops or need some advice on how to manage their land. We don't use big words or try to sound like we know everything. We just share what we’ve learned over the years. Sometimes the fans are a bit slow and the room gets stuffy, but the conversation is always good. It’s a practical kind of job where you feel connected to the earth even if you’re sitting in an office. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and some maps. It’s a relaxed place where anyone can walk in and ask a question about their farm without feeling out of place. We just like helping out where we can.
