You can find us on the third floor of the Skanda Shopping Mall in Vaddegeri. Our spot is Shop No. 16. Being located in a mall is quite convenient because there is always something happening and plenty of places to grab a quick snack during the day. Ammson International handles facility management services, which basically means we look after buildings and make sure everything is running like it should be. Kurnool is a very hot place for most of the year, so we spend a lot of time thinking about cooling systems and general maintenance. It is not glamorous work by any means. It involves a lot of checklists and making sure the staff are where they are supposed to be. We have a small office where we keep all our logs, tools, and some spare equipment. The mall environment is a bit different from a regular office block, but we like the energy and the people. We have been here for a while and most of the other shop owners know us by now. We do not spend money on big ads or billboards. We just focus on the buildings we are responsible for and try to keep them in good shape. If a pipe leaks or a light goes out in the middle of the night, we are the ones who get the call. It is a lot of responsibility, but we have got a good handle on it. The team knows the city well.
