Channel Tech

Our place, Channel Tech, is located at 603 on Chandapur Road in Kunchavaram. It’s not a huge building, just a solid spot where we get our work done. Kunchavaram is a bit of a quiet area compared to some of the bigger industrial hubs, but Chandapur Road stays pretty active throughout the day. We spend our days mostly inside, dealing with technical stuff and making sure everything is working like it should. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens or equipment, which is a bit different from a steel yard but has its own stresses. We keep things pretty informal here; there’s no dress code or corporate meetings that go on for hours. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or finished and then we do it. Sometimes the internet acts up or we get a delivery that’s missing a part, and we just have to figure it out as we go. The office is a bit cluttered with cables and components, but we know where everything is. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and take lunch breaks together. It’s a small, dedicated team and we’ve been working together for a while now. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe some notes scribbled on a whiteboard about current tasks that need doing. It’s just how we run things.
