R.R. Enterprises

R.R. Enterprises is located up here in Bhuntar, in the Kullu district. It’s a different pace of life compared to the big cities. We are quite close to the post office, which makes things easier for us when we have to send out documents or pick things up. The air is better here, though it gets very cold in the winter months. We usually have a small heater going under the desk to keep our feet warm. The shop itself isn't huge. We have some shelves along the walls for our supplies and a counter where we talk to anyone who stops by. Most of our work comes from the local area. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a while and people know where to find us. Sometimes the mountain roads get blocked when the weather is bad, so things can get delayed, but everyone around here understands that. We spend our mornings checking what came in and what needs to be sent out. It’s quiet for the most part, except for the sound of the Beas river nearby if the wind is blowing the right way. We keep things simple and just focus on what needs to be done each day. It’s a decent way to earn a living without too much fuss. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with family.
