Mahaver M. O. Finish

Our unit is located at No. 16/2B1A in the Sidco Extension, over by the Sipcot Post in Hosur. Mahaver M. O. Finish is one of many industrial shops in this area, but we’ve carved out our own little space here. We do finishing work, which basically means we take parts and make sure they are smooth or coated correctly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, standing at the machines or checking pieces under a light. The Hosur climate is usually okay, but inside the workshop, with all the motors running, it gets pretty warm. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team where everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing without being told every five minutes. The floor is concrete and has some stains from the fluids we use, which is normal for a place like this. We get parts delivered in big plastic crates, and we send them back out once the finishing is done. Sometimes there are delays with the power or a machine needs a part, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the metal or plastic pieces and do the job we were asked to do. It’s a straightforward life here in the Sidco Extension, focused on production and keeping the machines running until the shift ends.
