Creative Components

We are set up near the check post on Bagalur Road, at Survey No. 885/1. Creative Components isn’t a huge factory; it’s more of a dedicated workspace where we focus on small parts. Being near the check post means we see a lot of trucks coming and going all day long. The air is always a bit thick with dust from the road. Inside, it’s a different story. We try to keep the benches organized, though it never stays that way for long once the day gets going. We make various components that go into bigger machines. It’s precise work, and our eyes usually get tired by the end of the shift. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a few of us who know the machines inside and out. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change as more buildings went up around us. We still use some of the same methods we started with because they work. We don't talk about things like innovation; we just try to make sure the parts fit the specs we were given. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks, but it’s sturdy enough for what we do. We eat our lunch together near the back window where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a steady life and we’re glad to have the work.
