Our operations are based at B-5 in the SIDCO Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other manufacturers and warehouses, which is exactly the kind of environment we need. We work with rubber, making various parts and components that go into other products. If you walk into our unit, you will definitely notice the smell of raw rubber and the heat from the molding machines. It is not a place for fancy suits or clean shoes. We spend our time on the factory floor, making sure the molds are set right and the quality of the rubber is what it should be. The SIDCO estate is a busy place with trucks coming and going constantly, so there is always a lot of activity around us. We have a small office at the front of the unit to handle the paperwork, but the real work happens in the back. We have a dedicated team that knows the machines inside out. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished website. Most of our business comes from other companies in the area or long-term clients who know we can handle their orders. It is hard work, often sweaty and loud, but there is a satisfaction in seeing a pile of finished rubber parts ready for delivery at the end of the shift. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production schedule.
