Our office is located at No. 135 on Govinda Chetty Street, right near the Indian Bank branch. It's a busy street, so there’s always someone coming or going. We handle export and import stuff here, which means a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The building isn't brand new, but it works for us. We've got desks piled with files and the coffee machine is always running. Working in this part of town means you deal with the crowds every day. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how to handle the stress when shipments get delayed or the customs paperwork gets complicated. We don't go for big presentations or fancy marketing. We just talk to our clients on the phone and make sure things move from one place to another. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we manage. People stop by because they know where to find us, usually after they finish their business at the bank nearby. It's a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets the job done without too much fuss. Every morning starts the same way with a quick meeting to see what’s urgent. By the end of the day, we're usually tired but satisfied that the goods are moving along to their next destination. It’s just how we operate.
