Trainiee

Our work as a trainee is based out of D.No:15/216-3 in the Anandapet area of Machilipatnam. This location is run by D.S.S. Shilpa, who is the daughter of D. Charles, and we are part of the Krishna district here in Andhra Pradesh. It is a simple setup where we handle the daily learning tasks and responsibilities that come with the role. We do not have any big flashy signs or a corporate lobby. The building at D.No:15/216-3 is just a practical space where the training actually happens. Machilipatnam is a place where people know each other, and being in Anandapet feels like a good fit for us. Most days involve sitting down and going through various documents or practicing the specific skills needed for the training program. It is a straightforward environment without any of the usual marketing fluff you see elsewhere. We just show up in the morning and get to work until the day is done. The Krishna district has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. Sometimes the office gets a bit busy with people coming and going, but we try to keep things organized. Shilpa and the rest of the team just focus on the task at hand. There is no need for fancy language when the work speaks for itself. We are just local people doing our bit in this corner of Andhra Pradesh.
