Our office is situated on the 6th floor of J.L. Towers, right beside the ICICI Bank on Wyra Road. It is quite a climb if the lift is busy, but being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We mostly deal with education-related services, helping out students and their families with various requirements for their studies. The office is not very large, but we have enough chairs for everyone who comes in to talk with us. There are usually piles of forms and brochures on the tables. We keep a fairly quiet environment because there is a lot of paperwork to go through most days. Wyra Road is a busy area, so it is easy for people to find us since the bank is a well-known landmark right next door. We start our day early, sorting through files and answering the phone. It is not an exciting job, but it is important for the people who need help navigating their educational choices. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is just a few of us working in these rooms. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit loud, and we have to talk over it. We just focus on getting the details right for every student who visits us at J.L. Towers. It is a practical, everyday sort of place where the work is steady and the coffee is usually cold by the time we drink it.
