Sri SAI XX Restaurant

We've been at this spot on Andhra Ratna Road for a while now. Gandhi Nagar is always busy, so there's usually people coming in and out. It’s a simple setup here at Sri SAI XX Restaurant. We mostly just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the tables are wiped down properly. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the lunch crowd hits all at once. My staff and I try to keep things moving. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It's just a regular place where you can sit down and eat. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but nobody seems to mind much. We spend most of our morning prepping vegetables and getting the rice started. You can see the traffic moving outside on the road while you eat. It’s loud out there, but inside it’s okay. We keep our kitchen open so people can see what’s going on. We don't use a lot of complicated stuff, just what we need to get the day done. Most of our regulars are people who work nearby or live in the apartments around Gandhi Nagar. They come in, grab a quick meal, and head back to work. It’s a routine we’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't trying to do anything special, just keeping the doors open and serving what we have. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Vijayawada.
