Spicy Red India Private Limited is situated at Lal Chowk in Neem Ka Thana. We are working out of Krishna Kumar Sain’s place. It is in the Sirohi area. The name sounds a bit bold, but we just liked it when we registered. We deal with agricultural products, mostly things that have a bit of spice to them. Neem Ka Thana is a busy little spot. Our office at Lal Chowk is right in the middle of things. It is not a big corporate building. It is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people who bring in their produce. We spend a lot of time talking to the local growers. Rajasthan can be dry, so we have to be careful about what we buy and sell. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and keep the business running. Krishna handles most of the daily stuff. It gets noisy at Lal Chowk with all the motorbikes and people walking by. We have been here for some time now. We do not use much technology, just the basics to keep track of what comes in and what goes out. It is straightforward work. We do not have any big promises to make. We just show up and handle the bags of spices. Some days are slow, but we stay open regardless.
