Spicy Biryani Hub

Spicy Biryani Hub is sitting right on Gurunanak colony road in the Patamata area of Vijayawada. We are near RR Gardens, which is where most people tell their friends to meet up when they are coming to see us. It’s a signature neighborhood and we like being right in the middle of it. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local spot where we focus on making biryani the way we like to eat it at home. We spend a lot of time every morning getting the rice and the meat ready. There’s a lot of steam and noise in the kitchen, but that’s how you know things are being made fresh. The seating area is basic because we put most of our effort into the food itself. You might see us running around a bit during the Sunday lunch rush, as things can get pretty hectic when everyone wants their parcels at the same time. We don't have a professional decorator or a PR team. It’s just us, some tables, and a very hot stove. We appreciate the people from Gurunanak colony who come in every week to support us. It’s a tough business sometimes, but seeing the same neighbors come back makes it worth the effort. We just try to keep the quality consistent and the portions fair for everyone who walks through our doors on Gurunanak colony road.
