Sirath Family Restarunt (Non Veg)

Our place is located at 43-4-24, plot 23, right in the Dabakotlu center area of Ajith Singh Nagar. It’s pretty easy to spot because we are sitting just opposite the Indian Oil petrol bunk. If you live around Singh Nagar in Vijayawada, you probably pass us all the time. We focus on non-veg dishes because that’s what we know how to cook well. It’s a family-run kind of setup, so don’t expect anything too grand or formal. We have some tables set up and the kitchen is always going with something spicy. The noise from the street is always there, but inside it’s just people eating and talking. We try to keep the place clean, though it gets hectic on weekends when families come out. It’s not a big fancy chain restaurant. It’s just us. We get our meat fresh and spend most of the morning prepping the masalas. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if the lunch rush is bigger than we expected. That’s just part of how we operate. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the regulars know exactly what they want before they even sit down. There’s no fancy menu cards with big photos, just simple food that tastes like home. If you’re filling up petrol across the street, you can smell the food cooking. We just keep our heads down and cook every day for the local neighborhood people. It is a simple life here.
