Sai Kiran Biryani Point

Our little shop is on Ballemvari Veedhi in the Ramavarappadu area of Vijayawada. We are situated right on the Autonagar Road, which is always full of trucks and people working in the nearby industries. Because of the location, we get a lot of workers coming in for a quick lunch during their break. Biryani is what we do most, and we make a fresh batch every day to keep up with the demand. It’s not a big fancy restaurant, just a simple place where you can get a plate of rice and meat without waiting too long. Sometimes we run out of certain things by the afternoon if it’s been a particularly busy day. The kitchen is small but we manage to keep things moving. We know most of the guys who work in the auto shops nearby, and they often send new people our way. The heat in the kitchen gets pretty intense during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a lot of seating, so many people just take their food to go. It’s a straightforward operation. We just wake up, start the cooking, and serve whoever comes through the door until the food is gone. It's a busy life but it keeps us going in this part of town. We’ve been here for years and hope to keep it that way.
