Saffron Multicuisine Restaurant

We are set up on Esi Hospital Road in the Gunadala area of Vijayawada. Our place is right across from the NTR Health University. Because of where we are, we get a lot of students and hospital staff coming in for lunch and dinner. It’s a lively neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside on the street. We’ve been running this restaurant for a while, and we try to keep the menu varied so there is something for everyone. It’s a multi-cuisine place, which just means we cook a bit of everything based on what people ask for. The building is 52-1/8-10F, which is easy enough to find if you are heading towards the hospital. We have some outdoor seating and a main dining area inside. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local business owned and run by people who live right here in Vijayawada. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or making sure the tables are wiped down. The staff is mostly local guys from the area. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do; we just open the doors in the morning, get the stoves going, and stay until the last customer leaves at night. It can get pretty humid here, so we try to keep the place comfortable for anyone who stops by for a meal. It is a lot of routine work but it stays busy.
