Rama Agrahari Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based at Gopal Nagarftp, right at the place of Gopal Krishna Gupta and Radhey Shyam Gupta. Rama Agrahari Farmer Producer Company Limited is a local group. We don't have a big staff or anything, just a few of us looking after the farm business. The office is really just a spot to keep the books and meet up. It can get a bit crowded when everyone shows up at the same time to talk about the crops. We focus on what the local farmers are growing and how to manage the sales. Gopal Nagar is where we mostly spend our time. It’s a normal place with normal people working hard every day. We don’t use any big words or have long speeches. We just look at the dirt and the plants and try to make sure everything is going okay. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when we want, or the market prices are low, but we just keep going. That is the way it has always been for us. Being a producer company means we try to stick together. It makes the work a little easier when you have others to talk to about the problems. We are just part of the community here. Nothing special or complicated. We just do our jobs and hope for a decent season each year. It’s about the land and the people who work it. We just try to keep things moving along for everyone involved.
