Pokodi Factory

Pokodi Factory is our little spot in Vijayawada, specifically at 40-6-29 on Murali Fortune lane. We are located right off MG Road, in the street opposite Murali Fortune. It is a 520010 zip code area. We mostly focus on making pokodis and other fried snacks. It is not a huge factory like the name might suggest, but we do make a lot of them every single day. The kitchen is the main part of the shop. We spend a lot of time frying things and getting orders ready for people who walk in off the street. Most of our customers are locals who live or work near MG Road. It is a busy street, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We are not a corporate franchise. We are just a local business trying to make snacks that people enjoy. The place is quite small, so it can get crowded when people are waiting for their food. We do not have a fancy seating area or anything like that. It is more of a place where you come to get your snacks and then go. We use simple ingredients and follow the same recipes we have always used. Sometimes we run out of certain items if there is a big rush in the evening. We just do our best to keep up with the daily demand. It is a straightforward job for us.
