Milap Punjabi Hotel

We've been here on Brp Road in One Town for a good while now. It's a busy part of Vijayawada, especially near Punja Centre, and we just keep doing what we do. The place is at door 9-61-23. We mostly focus on Punjabi style food because that's what we know. People come in from the market or when they're passing through One Town looking for something solid to eat. It's not a fancy place with lots of decorations, just tables and chairs and the smell of the kitchen. We open early enough to get things ready for the lunch rush. It gets loud sometimes when it's full, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. The staff has been around, so they know the regulars. We don't have a big corporate team or anything, just us working the floor and the kitchen. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but once you're inside, you just sit down and eat. We try to keep things consistent so you know what you're getting every time you walk through the door. It's been a staple for the locals around here who want a break from the usual stuff. We just focus on keeping the pots moving and the plates full. If you're looking for a quiet spot, this might not always be it during peak hours, but it's real and it’s right here in the heart of the town.
