Kosuri Balaji Agro Foods Private Limited is located out in Ayyanki Village. It’s part of the Movva Mandal in Krishna district, which is a place with a lot of history in farming. Our spot is at Survey No: 83/5. It’s not always easy to find if you aren’t from around here, but once you’re in the village, everyone knows the way. We focus on agro foods, which basically means we spend our time dealing with what comes off the land. The office is simple and practical, built for work rather than looking good. We have a lot of long days, especially when the harvest is coming in and everyone is busy. Andhra Pradesh has good soil in this area, so there is always something happening. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just make sure the food products are handled properly and sent where they need to go. Working in a village like Ayyanki means you know your neighbors and you see the same faces every day. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just talk to people and get things sorted. Sometimes the power goes out or the rains make the roads a bit muddy, but we manage. It’s just us, the local staff, trying to keep the Balaji name going through hard work and staying close to the roots of the food business. There is always more to do tomorrow, but that’s just the way it is with food.
