Harigarh Bio-Floc Fish Farming Producer Company Limited is located in Krishna Puri. We operate out of the place belonging to Pankaj Sharma, who is the son of R P Sharma. Our focus is on fish farming, and we use the bio-floc method to do it. It’s a lot of work to keep the tanks in good shape. You have to be there at all hours sometimes to make sure everything is running right. We aren't a big corporation with lots of funding. We are just local guys who saw a way to raise fish in a more modern way. Krishna Puri is where we live and work, so we care about keeping things decent. The work is wet and often messy. We spend our time checking the water, feeding the fish, and maintaining the equipment. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. If you come by, you’ll just see us working in our boots. Sometimes the fish don't do as well as we hoped, and we have to figure out why and fix it. It’s a lot of trial and error. We started this from nothing, really. It’s just us trying to build something that lasts. We don't use fancy advertisements. We just rely on our results and the people who know us in the neighborhood. It is a simple life, focused on the tanks and the fish, and that is enough for us.
