Down here in Jaggaihpeta, things move at their own pace. We set up Bondada Engineering because there was work to be done in Krishna district, and we had the tools to do it. It’s an engineering shop at the end of the day. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and then trying to make them work in real life. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the parts don’t fit right or the delivery is late, and we have to figure it out on the fly. The tea stall nearby gets a lot of business from us because we take breaks to clear our heads. Our space isn't perfectly clean, because engineering is messy. There are scraps and tools everywhere. We try to keep things organized, but when a big project is moving, the floor gets crowded. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for years. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, if someone needs help, they just call one of us directly or stop by the office. It’s hot in the summer, really hot, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. We take pride in just being a local place that knows its business. No fluff, just hard work and making sure the engineering side of things is handled properly before the sun goes down.
