Babakilleshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited is our small setup over in Barabanki. We are located at Krishna Kumar Singh’s place in Andupur Ansari. It’s a typical farmer producer company. We spend our time figuring out how to get the best out of the land around Barabanki. Most of us grew up here, so we know the soil pretty well. The office is just a simple room where we keep our files and meet up. We aren't corporate people. We wear regular clothes and talk about regular things like rain and prices. The name comes from our local roots. Being in Andupur Ansari means we are right in the middle of the action. We help each other out with equipment and advice. It’s not always smooth sailing. There are days when things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or the market dropping. But we just keep going. We don’t have a fancy mission statement. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the crops get sold. If you need to find us, we are always there at the address in Barabanki. It’s a community thing more than anything else. We know all the families involved. It’s hard work, but it’s our work and we take it seriously enough to keep the doors open.
