Sajaraj Paint Industries

We are located over at the Industrial Development Plot in West Hill. It’s a busy part of Calicut with lots of other workshops and small factories around us. Sajaraj Paint Industries has been operating out of this unit at 1/426 for a while now. It’s not a showroom. It’s more of a working space where things actually get done. You’ll see plenty of drums and cans around. The smell of paint is always in the air here. We spend our days mixing and checking orders. It’s a bit messy, but that’s the nature of the paint business. West Hill is a good spot for us because it’s easy for trucks to get in and out. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working the machines and handling the deliveries. We deal with a lot of local contractors and people who need bulk supplies. Calicut is home for us. We’ve seen the industrial plot change over the years as new neighbors move in. We just stick to our corner and keep the production going. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of colors and chemicals. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one here in the West Hill area. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in. It gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the day. That’s just life at the paint shop.
