We show up early, get the machines warmed up, and start the day's tasks. The weather in Calicut can be a bit much with the rain, but the work inside doesn't stop. We have a group of workers who are more like family than employees. We eat lunch together and complain about the same things. We don't go in for corporate talk or big promises. Our business is built on just showing up and doing what we said we would do. The floor is often cluttered with materials and finished goods waiting to be shipped out. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come into the workshop. It’s honest and straightforward. We’ve been part of the local landscape here for years, and we plan to stay that way. It’s just a regular industrial unit trying to get through the workweek like everyone else in the neighborhood.
