We spend most of our time here at the Errakkodan Building in Mavoor. It is a software office, so there are a lot of screens and keyboards clicking all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet when everyone is focused on their code, but then we have tea and chat. The building isn't fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. Being in Mavoor is nice because it feels a bit slower than the big city centers. Illustris Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. takes care of different software tasks for people who need them. Some days are just about fixing one small mistake in a line of code that took hours to find. We don't really do the big flashy meetings. It's mostly just us sitting at our desks and trying to figure out technical problems. People come by to ask for help with their projects and we sit down to see what we can do. It's been a few years now and the routine is pretty much the same. We open up in the morning, check the emails, and start on the list of things to build or fix. It is honest work and we try to keep things moving forward for the folks who use our services. The space is a bit small but it fits us well enough for what we do every day. We are just a local team doing our bit here in this building.
