Our office is on one of the floors, and it’s usually quite busy. We have books everywhere. Sometimes it’s hard to find a clear spot on the table to write, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some high-end consultancy. We are just local people who know a bit about education. We know most of the families in Kallachi. Sometimes people just drop in for a chat or to ask a quick question about a course. We don't mind the interruptions. It’s part of being in a small town. The tea shop downstairs is where we get our snacks. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We just work hard and try to give honest answers to the students. Sometimes the fans in the office are a bit noisy, but you stop noticing after a few minutes. We have our own way of doing things and it works for the people who come to see us.
