CVM BUILDING MATERIALS LIMITED

CVM Building Materials Limited is located at Door No 16/399. We are right near the Juma Masjid in Kottappuram, under the Valiyakunnu post office. It is a well-known spot because of the mosque. We sell materials for building things. We’ve been in this location for a good amount of time. The street is usually quite busy. We have a small office where we sit and take orders. It’s not very fancy, just some old desks and a computer that’s a bit slow sometimes. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just supply what’s needed for construction. Sometimes we sit outside when it’s not too hot. The neighbors are friendly and we know most of the people who come by. Kottappuram is a nice place to work. We don't do much advertising because people know where we are near the masjid. We keep our records in big books and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of work handling all the building supplies. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a local business run by local people. That is really all there is to it. No mission statements or corporate goals, just selling bricks and cement and whatever else. We are at 16/399 every day if you need anything for your project. We've been part of this community for years and plan to stay here doing what we do.
