Sakthi Masala Private Limited

We are located at No. 6 in Mamarathupalayam, and this has been our home for quite a long time. Even though Sakthi Masala Private Limited sounds like a big name, we try to keep things feeling like a local operation. The building itself is very practical, with big doors for the trucks and plenty of space for the workers. It can get pretty loud during the day because of the machinery we use to process everything. There is always a lot of movement, with people carrying bags and lorries backing into the loading area. Most of the people who work here live in the surrounding neighborhood, so it feels very much like a local family. We don't have any big corporate offices with fancy furniture. We just have simple desks and a small area where we all eat our lunch together. You can usually smell the spices from the road before you even see our gate. We spend a lot of time making sure the bags are filled correctly and that the orders are ready on time. It is a lot of hard work, but we have been doing it for so long that it’s just our normal routine. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we eventually get everything sorted out. It's a busy place, and we like it that way because it keeps us moving.
